Prices and Packages

Clinical Bodywork rates:

Individual Sessions:                                  

  • 30 minutes $45

  • 60 minutes $90

  • 90 minutes $130

  • 2 hours $170

Punch Cards (expire 6 months after purchase):

  • 4x60 $295

  • 4x90 $425

​

Cupping/Bodywork (Combo Sessions):

​

  • Cupping can be incorporated into any session for an additional $10

  • Cupping can also be incorporated into punch card sessions for an additional $10

Monthly Memberships

Automatic recurring monthly charges, one credit per month and 15% off any additional services (excluding punch card pricing).

​

  • $70 per month for one 60-minute massage per month, plus 15% off any additional massages/services

  • $105 per month for one 90-minute massage per month, plus 15% off any additional massages/services

  • $140 per month for one 2-hour massage per month, plus 15% off any additional massages/services

 

Additional terms: A credit from an upcoming automatic charge cannot be applied to any service until the payment has processed. An unused membership credit can roll over for up to 2 additional months. Contracts will result in recurring monthly charges beginning from the date of purchase. Contracts can be terminated by emailing your request to info@polestrongbodyworks.com. Membership discounts are non-transferable.

Policies:

  • Only services pertaining to healthcare are offered by PoleStrong Bodyworks.

  • Appointments must be made, canceled, or rescheduled online (Click "BOOK NOW") 

  • No refunds

  • Sliding scale available upon request

  • No house calls.

  • All appointments must end at their scheduled end time

  • Clients must cancel at least 4 hours in advance. Canceling between 1-4 hours in advance will result in a charge of $20 per hour ($20 for a 60 minute session, $40 for a 2-hour session)

  • Canceling less than 1 hour in advance, including a no-show will be charged at the FULL RATE of the session

  • Credits may be transferred

  • The 15% off discount for members is ONLY and is non-transferable

  • A credit purchased for a specific length can only be used for a session of corresponding length.

  • Monthly membership credits cannot be applied to any service until the date that the payment has processed.

  • All clients must meet a minimum standard of cleanliness in order for a session to proceed. Any excessive bodily grime, odors, or fluids will result in a rescheduling of the appointment. Continuing issues may result in termination of the client-therapist relationship.

  • Please do not come in if you are feeling physically ill or have any suspicious rashes.
